Brief Answer:
Appendicitis with abscess /fistula

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and hope to help you with your concerns.

Would you please clarify a few things for me?
1) how long have you had this pain? Did it start suddenly or did it gradually increase?

2)any other symptoms like fever, vomiting, nausea, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, burning or discomfort while passing urine?

3)have you had any abdominal surgeries? If so, what surgery and when?

4) any other medical issues and medications?

5) when did you attain menopause? Do you have children? Any history of pelvic infections?

6)any bite marks or needle tip sized holes on the brown spot? Is the skin around the spot red?

7) does it hurt when you have a bowel movement?

Based in your symptoms, I would like to rule out an infection withing your abdomen like appendicitis, or an abscess.

I recommend :
- seeing your physician right away
-an ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out appendicitis. A CT may be required if Intestinal involvement is suspected.
-blood test - to check for signs of Infection, kidney function, a urine analysis to rule out urinary infection.

Based on the results of these basic tests and clinical findings, I could help you further.
Clarifications to the above questions could help understand the problem better.

If you develop sever abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, blood in stools or the pain suddenly goes away and is followed by fever, please visit the ER right away.
Hope this helps.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Wish you good health,
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
