Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Right abdominal pain radiating to the back is characteristic for gallstones or pancreas inflammation. Especially if the pain is in the upper right abdomen, nausea is present and the pain is associated with foods intake.
If its lower abdominal pain and you have any frequent urinating, burning while urinating, urinary tract infection or stones can be the reason.
If the pain has appeared recently and it is in the lower right abdomen, appendicitis should be ruled out.
I suggest you to consult your doctor, have abdominal ultrasound, blood work and urine analysis.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
