Brief Answer:
Vagina has a lot of blood capillaries

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is not usual to have blood capillaries leaking in the vagina. Though the vagina has a lot of capillaries supplying or taking blood from it unless there is an injury because of intercourse or during menstruation we do not see this blood.

If the area is dark it could be submucous bleed from the capillary.

Nothing to worry now as this gets absorbed and if you look at the same spot tomorrow you may not find it.

There is no bleeding. Its all under the skin. I did have sex...maybe a result of that?

Brief Answer:
Yes sexual acts can lead to submucosal bleeds

Detailed Answer:
As rightly said by me in the previous reply it is a mucosal bleed that could be result of trauma occuring during intercourse.

Just wait it out and do not need any intervention.
