Brief Answer:
Get colour doppler of involved limb.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Already, you have this much symptoms, so now don't ignore it by treating yourself without advice of doctor.

You seems to have blocked blood vessel and infection of involved lower limb.

You need to have colour doppler of involved lower limb to see present condition of blood vessels, complete blood count and send me the report.

Till then elevate the limb while sitting and sleeping.

Have tab. aceclofenac100mg+ serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day.

Antibiotics which you should have must be injection and not oral, as in your case oral antibiotics may not help.

If you can manage you should visit emergency room.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
