I have gone through your case history and I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions over genitals but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.

Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the pictures.
Yes it seems you are having a fungal infection called Candidial balanoposthitis.
Usually in my patients, I suggest a 10 day course of oral fluconazole and application of topical antifungal like Sertacoanzole twice a day for 2 weeks.
Maintain hygiene and use ketoconazole soap to rinse the affected areas.
Avoid tight undergarments.
I am sure this will take care of your issue.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Need a prescription from dermatologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The medications I have suggested will be available in your city but since these are prescription drugs you need to consult a dermatologist in person to avail the prescription.
The medications I have suggested are pretty safe to use and generally donot cause any harmful side effects.
Thanks

10-12 days of Fluconzole is enough

Usually 10-12 days of oral fluconazole will suffice.
Avoid excessive use of soap over gentials and wash very gently without rubbing.
