What Causes Itchy Scrotum?
I am 36 year old male ,73KG in weight.I had fungal infection aroung my scortum and groin.I was prescribed Onabet and other clotrimazole on various occasion.(Recently I had onabet treatment).I have shaved my ball hair and use clotrimazole dusting powder regularly.During night my scortum sweat a lot nowadays with hot yellowish urine .This happens only at night.Why I develop regular itch?Is it an STD??I never had sexual penetration but some females touched on it and I touched them with my private parts.
