What Causes Red Spot On Penis Along With Itchy Foreskin?
Question: Hi I have a red spot on my penis it's not blistered or raised up and I have itching on my forskin.

1. How long you are having this problem.
2. Are you married? What about your sexual activities?
3. Your red spot is present over where the itching is there (foreskin) or elsewhere in penis.
4 Are you on any drugs? Have you Diabetes?
5. If it is possible, upload the picture of the lesion.
Red spot over glans penis might be due to irritation, allergy or yeast infection. As it is not blistered, Genital Herpes is unlikely.

Its been about 4 or five days tops and no im not married and i havent had sex in about 2 or 2 1/2 months. The red spot on the head of my penis is about a centimeter or so in size and it doesnt really itch but the area under the head in forskin is a little red too but it itches and is spread out about a inch long and not very wide im a very clean person and i wash daily

What you are having is called as Balano-Posthitis. It might be possibly be due to an yeast infection or irritation due to application or soaps or might be due to an allergic reaction to some drugs you had taken prior to 5 days.
A careful examination and few investigations will establish the diagnosis. Treatment has to be planned accordingly.
