Detailed Answer:
hello ma'am and welcome to HCM
I am Dr Dinah and I'll be answering your queries today.
Thanks for sending in the image.
before coming to a diagnosis, I need you to clarify a few things:
-when exactly did the rashes appear, how many days ago
-where did they start? Do you see any rashes on your abdomen, chest or back
-any history of fever in this time?
-is this the first time you are developing this rash?
-Any kids around, or contacts with similar complaints, or anyone with chicken pox or shingles recently?
-similar bumps in other skin folds, groin, armpits, between fingers and toes with itching at night?
-Do you recall any insect or bug bites? Any recent outdoor activity
_any new cosmetics or applications on the areas. Any new drug intake?

From the present appearance and itchiness we do have to rule out chicken pox or other viral rashes, once you give me more details. Also the presence of these itchy bumps on the insides could indicate mite infestation like scabies.
treatment varies in each case.
You might have a dermatologist examine the bumps to look for mites to confirm or rule out other causes.
A calamine lotion with menthol or aloe vera will help for the irritation. Severe itching might require antihistamines for a few days.
Further treatment would depend on the exact cause.
So do get back to me with the clarifications requested, so i can guide you in the best course for you.
Also feel free to clear any other doubts or clarifications you might have.
hope this help you.

Brief Answer:
Likely chicken pox if first episode, watch for progress and treat as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thanks for getting back to me.

I would definitely consider chicken pox if you have never had it before. It should generally increase and then heal on its own in 7-10 days. The lotion and antihistamines will soothe the skin and help the rashes dry out sooner.

Antivirals(eg. Acyclovir etc.) may be prescribed by your dermatologist to help heal faster. Also they will need to look at the whole picture once to confirm the diagnosis before prescribing them.

If this condition does persist beyond 10 days, and you keep having new rashes spreading or new symptoms, we will have to consider scabies or other infestations. This can also be tested by the dermatologist to look for mites in the skin and then prescribe the exact anti parasite treatment if required.

For now, continue the treatment advised and observe carefully for any improvement or changes.
Don't scratch the blisters.

Consult your doctor before stopping or starting any new treatment.
Hope this guides you. Feel free to clarify any doubts you may have.
