Brief Answer:
does't seem to be related

Detailed Answer:
hi dear.
aderrall usually does't cause intestinal or rectal bleeding. so your symptom seems not to be related to the medicaiton.
any amount of blood in stools is abnormal. here i would also like to know your motion habits. do you have constipation usually, do you need to strain to pass motions, do you spend more than usual time in toilet, the blood comes at the end of motions or along with motions, is it mixed with stools or it stains on the stools etc.
the most common cause of bright fresh blood in stools is bleeding piles. there can be other causes also like fissure, mass, polyp in lower rectum etc.
so i advise you to consult a surgeon or a gastroenterologist. he will examine you and if needed he will do a proctoscopy to arrive at a diagnosis and will start the treatment. you will be alright soon.
feel free to ask further.

Whenever I have taken the proper dosage of (3) 30mg aderrall a day, I always become constipated and the stool is very hard and difficult to pass. When this occurs the bleeding normally follows especially, if I have had a few cocktails which probably dried me out and dehydrated me with the combination of the medication. I am just guessing... Well, I flushed the entire prescription and will no longer be using the aderall medication.

Brief Answer:
constipation is the culprit

Detailed Answer:
hi dear.
aderrall may cause intestinal dis-motility and constipation.
i think your guess is right. constipation with hard stools and straining at stools causes bleeding piles. if u avoid constipation, the problem may solve by itself. you should use laxatives for that. you should drink plenty of water around 3 or more liters a day. you should also use a lubricating cream inside your anal canal for easy passage of stools.
a surgical consultation will be better to quantify the magnitude of problem and early treatment.
