Question: My daughter has this skin rash/welts all over her body. Day 3 getting much worse each day. Should i take her to the ER?

I have reviewed the attached photographs

Your daughter is having urticaria which is an allergic reaction of the skin.

In such cases I usually recommend my patients to take a short course of oral steroids like tablet Prednisolone in the morning for 5 days along with antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily one in the afternoon and one at night.

These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor to get them.
