default
Posted on Wed, 18 Mar 2015
Question: hello, i have a rash on my inner thighs. i just started using Mupirocin and doxocycline antibiotic about 2 days ago. i also will wash with hibclens soap tonight. it was very difficult to get these pictures because its my inner thighs AND I am very overweight, technically morbidly obese, that is one reason why I cannot get a good picture. also it is hard to wipe real good after urination could this be some type of rash due to that. Please advise. thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for posting on HCM.

I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Since you are unable to post pictures, I would insist you to provide some further history so that I can help you in a better way.
1. Symptoms associated with the lesions?
2. History of diabetes ?
3. History of similar condition in past?

Thanks
Dr Hardik Pitroda
