Question: I have been gaining weight in a very random manner post March 2016. Wanted a diagnosis about it! Should I consult an endocrinologist and test for Thyroid or should I visit a dietitian ?

You check your thyroid levels first and then you can consult a endocrinologist if thyroid levels are abnormal. Hypothyroidism,stress,depression can lead to weight gain.
Try to avoid red meat, fatty diet, drink plenty of fluids.
Go for regular walking.
