Brief Answer:
take a course of probiotic and rifaximin

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

Going for poo after every meals suggest you have gastrocolic reflex which usually is due to dysbiosis meNs alteration of normal bacterial flora of our intestine and I do see such patients frequently in my OPD.

What I suggest to my patients and found very useful is to avoid milk.

Among medicines I prescribe them a course of probiotic, rifaximin 400mg both to be taken twice a day For at least 14 days. Rifaximin is an antibiotic which acts only in intestine and kill abnormal bacteria there and helps in growing normal bacteria.

If with above medicines there is no or partial response then I suggest them an antisecretory agent like loperamide to be taken once a day

I hope I have answered your query and this will help yiu. Wish you a good health
