Brief Answer:
It appears to be papular urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the image and the lesions are appears to be papular urticaria.
Papular urticaria are group of erythematous elevated lesions mostly occur on the exposed part of extensor surface. In most of the cases the lesions are itchy with a symmetrical distribution. It is an hypersensitive reaction to insect bite (mosquito, mites or bed bugs).
So I would suggest you to prevent exposure to the insect bites.Use insect repellant, mosquito net.Keep your baby outside while using repellant.
Application of Mild steroid like mometasone with oral antihistamine like chlorpheniramine drops will help.
Both these are prescription drugs so I request you to get it prescribed by a physician.
This is non infective and it has a tendency to recur.
Avoid scratching as this can lead to formation of ulcer or secondary infection can occur.
I hope this helps.
Do ask if you have any more query.
Regards
