What Causes Radiating Pain In The Chest And Shoulder While Having UTI?

Question: When I urinate, (have uti) I have burning pain mid chest and shoulder running down arms to mid forearms. Then have been told it is unusual by an MD, but does occur. I have five stents in my heart.

most probable cause is neuropathy.

Hi welcome to HCM,
To my mind, since you are an insulin dependant Diabetic, most probable cause is neuropathy.
When you urinate, the pressure exerted precipitates attack of tingling and numbness. Later on these attacks may become continuous as neuropathy advances.
You should try B12 (if already not taking) and Pre gabapentin. I think it will help.

My sx is not numbness and tingling. The pain is more of burning pain and aching.

Another possibility is acidity.
Try something like Omeprazole once a day for a fortnight and see whether you get relieved.
