Brief Answer:
Hypertension

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Headaches starting from back of your head is very typical of hypertensive headaches. I strongly recommend that you get your blood pressure checked.

Migraines are usually one sided and never arises from the back of the head. Please get a CT brain plain done. It would be wise to rule out aneurysm later after the CT

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Aneurysm

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The only way to find out whether or not there is an aneurysm is by doing an mri. I would recommend it if I were to be your doctor. Isolated incidences of aneurysm can happen, there is no rule that it should run in families.
Dull ache in the occipital region needs to be evaluated before calling it secondary to anxiety
