Brief Answer:
For how long has this been going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

A little pressure over the spleen happens time and again in many persons with no real cause. Investigation and management is never necessary as this is often transient with spontaneous recovery in most cases. I will only get worried if this has been going on for up to a month.

If this persist beyond, then I will ask for examination and an abdominal ultrasound to review the organs in this area of the abdomen. For now, observing alone is what i recommend.

I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
