Brief Answer:
You are still suffering from inflammation in the airway

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms, you are still suffering from inflammation in the airway.
And previously due to sinus congestion, blockage in the Eustachian tube would have occurred leading to blockage in the ear.
It is a tube which connects the middle ear with the nose and is responsible for equalization of middle ear pressure with the outer atmospheric pressure.

You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Antacid like Rantac,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant drops like Oxymetazoline(take decongestant only if you are not suffering from Hypertension,High pressure in the eyes-Glaucoma,Kidney/Liver or heart disease),
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol and
Bronchodilator like Salbutamol.

If you are suffering from symptoms, like High grade fever(more than 101 degree F),Severe throat pain,Pus coming in the phlegm, etc suggestive of a bacterial infection, then it would be advisable to start Antibiotics like Augmentin.

If you also suffer from Chest pain, then it would be advisable to have a Chest X ray.

Also do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid cold ,oily and very sweet food as they increase the mucus production.Avoid dust.

Hops this answers your question.I would be happy to answer in case of any further questions.Take care.
