Brief Answer:
Urine pregnancy test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to ask her usual cycle length and her last period date.
Also I would like to know about any unprotected sexual activity or the type of contraception you used in this month and in general.
Waiting for your response but according to the description I would like to advise a urine pregnancy test and the result will decide further course of management.
Regards
Dr Manisha

thank you. Her usual cycle length is 28-30 days. She is used to have regular cycle always. Her last period date 21-DEC-2015. We have not used any contraception for the past 3 months.

About Urine pregnancy test, can we do it today with the pregnancy kit ? or do we have to wait.

Good Morning doctor. We did the Pregnancy urine test and it is coming positive (both C,T lines are clear and deep) but she is still experiencing cramps almost every day. It is around 10 days she is feeling the pain in lower abdomen. Is there any chance of blood clotting? . Let us know if medication required or it is a good time to meet a doctor.

I forgot to ask you in case of appointment can we meet you.

Brief Answer:
Gynaecologist examination must

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, congratulations for the new phase of life. I'm based in XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and practice there itself. So I usually provide online consultation to my clients outside state but you are most welcome and for online suggestions I'm available on this forum.
It is common to have mild cramps in early pregnancy but if bothersome and causing trouble then you will need progesterone support and ultrasound if the need arises.
This cramping can cause bleeding and clot formation if severe, so in case cramps get too frequent or unbearable visit your gynaecologist for examination and get the necessary tests done which are baseline tests done in all pregnant women.
In case you need any suggestion, I will be glad to answer.
