Brief Answer:
Seem to be due to anemia and low Iron in body!!!

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Probabilities:-
It seems to be due to the anemia (low hemoglobin levels and low Iron in your blood).
May also be due to low blood glucose levels.

Diagnostics needed:-
CBC with ESR and Differentials.
Serum Iron levels.
Glucose stress test.

Management:-
Prenatal vitamins and Iron supplements.
Diet rich in green leafy vegetables and fruits like kiwi and avocado and dry fruits and nuts.
Take fruit juices and keep a balanced healthy diet. Salmon fish is good for you.

You will start feeling better in a week or so once you take proper rest and observe the above remedies.

If you feel nothing works for you anymore consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and proper prenatal care.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.

Regards!
