Posted on Tue, 6 Sep 2016
Question: I have an weird buzzing feeling in my private area, it started last night, it is not painful, I have no bleeding that I can see. It is constant and like I said not painful, just annoying. I am concerned as there has been so much cancer recently in my family. I am 70 years old and most of the time enjoy a pain free lifestyle. Please let me know what this could be. Thank you for your time.

Brief Answer:
Nerve stimulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

This painless buzzing feeling in your pelvis is due to stimulation of set of nerves. These nerves are stimulated by some food you have eaten, exposure to chemical / allergen, or some strain on back due to exercise, abnormal sleeping posture.

However this is temporary and does not stay for long term. This will get over soon in a couple of days.

Don't worry about it.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
