Brief Answer:
This could be an abscess!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash and the lump that you have described. I am afraid this sounds like an abscess. Managing abscesses is a combination of antibiotics and at times requires and incision to drain it. I will like you to send an image for review and further insights from me. If I cannot make a definitive diagnosis from the images, I will suggest that you get it examined by a doctor.

For now, I will recommend that you take Tylenol and Ibuprofen for the pains. This would offer great relief and buy us sometime while we figure out what the exact cause and treatment modality is.

I hope to hear from you and promise to respond promptly when the images get here.Until then, I wish you well.
