Brief Answer:
Ultrasound of the abdomen including liver, pancreas, gall bladder, kidneys

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

At this point I relate everything to acute exacerbation of your reflux disease. I suggest to get an Ultrasound scan done first and later an upper GI endoscopy.
We need to find the acute reaction. It could be infection, stress and try to control it.

Cut down coffee, root vegetables, mint and irregular meal. Maintain timing of food. Avoid tight clothes and do not lie down immediately after meal. This give a major relief.
Please take PRILOSEC OTC, twice a day at 7AM and 7PM half an hour before meal.
Let me know the reports.
