Brief Answer:
Migraine variant

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have seen 3 patients who presented to me similarly , I had evaluated them in detail and 3 of them had sinusitis and 1 was diagnosed with migraine

Here is how you should go about it

1. Tab acetaminophen is the ideal drug to be taken for this type of headache
2. Approach a general physician for ct scan with para nasal sinus cuts
3. Genral check up should be done to rule out high blood pressure and diabetes
4. Have adequate sleep of atleast 8 hours a day
6. a Have small meals through out the day to prevent hypoglycaemic headaches
7. do not watch tv late at nights and avoid bright lights

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
