Brief Answer:
You may be having shoulder dyskinesia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.I think you are having shoulder dyskinesia. In this condition there is abnormal moment of scapula with shoulder movement. It can be diagnosed with clinical examination only. Also your GERD and Hiatus hernia can also be contributing in to it. I have following advise for you.
1.Avoid spicy food or high fat food.
2.Do not eat just before going to bed.
3.Raise in ESR is not very specific and it is not a problem at all.
4.Meet a sports medicine physio and learn shoulder dyskinesia exercises from him.
5.Take a small size pillow for sleeping. Avoid heavy bag on shoulder.
6.Hot water fomentation and Volitran gel local application is also effective.
7.Take muscle relaxant like Chlorzoxazone or tizanidine for a week.

I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
x rays are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your x rays and these are normal. Single pink dot on tonsils is nothing to be worried about. If there is sore throat or difficulty in swallowing then you need to take hot saline gargles and soft diet. You may need antibiotics specially if you have history of repeated tonsil problem.

Brief Answer:
Shoulder dyskinesia can be cured completely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is always pain between shoulder blades as it is muscular in origin. It can be cured with physiotherapy. You should also work on your sitting posture specially if you travel or sit in front of computer for long time.
As far as tinny red dot is concerned If you are having them repeatedly you need to show it to ENT specialist. Though I believe it is mostly due to mouth ulcers and it does not need any specific treatment.
Thanks
