Brief Answer:
Likely to be muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having muscular pain. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen . Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. To rule out lung affection you can get x ray chest. I wanted additional information whether shoulder movements are restricted? Whether you have fever?

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Hot fomentation will be better.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Heat will be better. You can also apply local diclofenac ( analgesic) gel or analgesic spray can help. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. If your shoulder movements are not full range then possiblity of freezing shoulder is there. Mobilisation excercises of shoulder will be beneficial if so. Hope your query get answered.
