Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you had developed some muscular spasm in the pelvic floar muscles or groin muscles because of the nature of the pain. But pain due to other viscera can also reflect like this, for example of urtheral or bladder stone or even chronic constipation so history is of extreme significance here.

To start with, you can use OTC analgesics like acetaminophen alongwith muscle relaxants like orphenidrine or tizanidine. If pain persists anti spasmodic like drotaverine can ne used however kindly get yourself examined in detail by your primary physician to decide for any further work up like ultrasound and urinalysis. If origin seems to be muscular and all labs turn out to be normal than physiotherapy can be helpful with proper excercises and training.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
