Brief Answer:
May be Chronic Pelvic Pain syndrome/Chronic Non inflammatory prostatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern and sorry to hear about your problem

Your symptoms could be due to Chronic Pelvic Pain syndrome/Chronic Non inflammatory prostatitis.
It is very complex disease and difficult to treat.
No definitive test help to diagnose the problem.

Following advises for next 4-5 months will help:
Tablet ibuprofen two times a day for 14 days
Alfa blocker in low dose also help in some case
Daily prostate massage by medical personnel. It will help in relieve the pain.
Do sex/masturbation regularly (3-4 times/week)
Avoid spicy foods, excessive caffeine and alcohol, stress.
Do pelvic floor exercise and yoga dialy
Warm bath, drink plenty of fluids, cranberry juice.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here.
To share my opinion, Consult the authorized urologist and take proper prescribed medicine.
If you still have any other query then I will be happy to help you
