Brief Answer:
Get investigated evaluated and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Neck pain at this age can be due to cervical spondylosis and associated radiculopathy.
You need to get xray or Mri of cervical spine.
Physiotherapy should be done regularly ( neck isometric exercises).
Pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside can be taken for few days.
Pain modulator medication like pregabalin or gabapentin can also be started if required.
Get examined by a neurologist.
Apply local pain reliever ointment too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
