Brief Answer:
Likely Recurrent Gastritis, needs management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. You are young and have history of gastritis so this pain in right chest radiating to armpit could pretty much be flared recurrent gastritis. H pylori may be advised in stool antigens as other in blood is not significant and we don't recommend. Your doctor will prescribe you with some medications for the relief. I will provide you with some details regarding preventive and precautionary measures to avoid such pains in future and their exacerbations.

For gastritis we recommend our patients to eat small frequent meals. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty. Avoid alcohol and all other beers and stimulants of all the kind. Reduce caffeine and tea intake. Avoid pain killers of NSAID nature like aspirin or ibuprofen etc. Prefer acetaminophen when you have some pain. Manage stress as it flares gastritis. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga or tai chi.
You can take steps to protect yourself from infections, such as H. pylori, by frequently washing your hands with soap and water and by eating foods that have been cooked completely.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
