YES, but no orgasm on my part

Considering the information we have and your high age, we need to rule out first certain medical condition and psychiatric condition that could be causing this problem.
For medical condition we can suspect of diabetes, thyroid problem, hypertension problem, neurological problems.
1) i would suggest few investigation
Complete blood profile, lipid and cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and Hb1ac levels, T3,T4 & TSH testing, Vitamin b12.
these test can help us to rule out above mentioned medical conditions that are likely the cause for the problem in your age.
2) I would suggest you to see a local surgeon and consult to him about possibility of prostate gland enlargement( very common in high age)
3) I would want to know if there was any history or injury to back in past.
Other reason could be depression, alcohol use problems, etc.
It can be indicated by persistent low mood, reduced interest in sex, anxiety, sleep disturbances, etc.
chronic Alcohol use can cause orgasm problem.
In such case consulting a local psychiatrist is strongly advisable.
For nipple problem a local abscess is highly suspected. It should subside by three four days, if persist i suggest you to see a local doctor.
