What Causes Losing Of Sexual Stamina Upon Using Mirtaz And Censpram?

HI SIR, I AM 23.i have sleeping problems over 1year.and also take the pills of mirtaz 7.5 and censpram20 in 6month.these medicine make any sexual problems in my futurenow i want to stop the medicine but not confident of that WHAT I DO NOW GOOD SLEEP WITHOUT MEDICINE.

Hello,

These medicines(antidepressants) can cause reduced sexual stamina specially when used for longer times. Since you are young, I would advise you to not rely on these medications for sleep, slowly start reducing the dose, like from 1 tablet to half a tablet and slowly stop taking these.

As for your sleep i would advise the following:
1. Try to get up early in mornings
2. Start exercising daily
3. Start meditation or yoga
4. Do not eat heavy meals before bed, try drinking warm tea before bed
5. Listen to calm music before bed
6. Try reading a relaxing book
7. Use sleeping mask
8. If none of these work after 3 months, I would suggest you to go for sleep therapy
