What Causes Pain In Lower Legs Along With Shortness Of Breath?

Question: I have been experiencing moderate to severe lower leg pain in both legs for the last 30 hours or so. Not relieved by BC, Lorcet, muscle relaxer, heat wrap. Also, I do have Acid Reflux that is very well controlled with my daily dose of Omeprozole, however, for the last 36 hours, I have had terrible heartburn and even took another 2 doses of Omeprozole with no relief. Also, experiencing mild shortness of breath.

If pain is persistent then you need to investigate further to look for nerve compression.
MRI spine will help in diagnosis.
in RA patients pain can be increased if anti RA medication are not taken in adequate dose.
so consult your doctor for adequate medicine and further investigation.
Physiotherapy plays important role in treatment. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
for acidity mucosa protector like sucralfate can be added consulting your doctor.
If required endoscopic evaluation can be done.
