Thank you for your response: Here are my answers:

Since when are you having pain? I have the pain may be once every 4 months on Day 1 and Day 2.

Do you have regular periods? What is interval between your cycles like 28 days cycle? I have regular periods but since a year, my cycle has reduced to 24-26 days.

What is duration of each cycle like 3 days or 5 days? 2 Days of heavy flow and 3-4 days of bare minimum flow.

Do you get pain with every menstrual cycle? No. Only discomfort.

Have you done any blood tests or ultrasound scan recently? If yes, please upload reports. I did ultrasound 6 months back. It was done a week before my periods. Radiologist said I had fibroids in my uterus. Subsequent to this, I went to a Gyn, who said they may go away with time and that a scan should only be done a week post Day# 1 and not before periods.

And I am generally prone to acidity.

Brief Answer:
Advised Meftal spas.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your information.
After going through your history you pain may related to fibroid or hormonal imbalance.
I suggest you repeat the ultrasound scan to know whether fibroid size is increasing or decreasing.
Meanwhile I suggest you MEFTAL SPAS (Mefenamic acid) for pain during periods. This is a prescribed medication. Or you can take Ibuprofen 400mg for pain. This is over the counter medication.

For acidity:
I suggest you proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole 30 minutes before breakfast with empty stomach for 4 weeks.
Avoid spicy, oily food.
Restrict hot beverages like tea or coffee.
Drink plenty of water.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
