Infection generally need investigation to identify causative agent and its sensitivity to available antibiotics.

in majority of the infections which I mentioned bpth gram positive and gram negative bacteria involved and show resistance to many antibiotics.

I generally do not prescribe without investigation in such situations but empirically start Augmentin 625 mg three times a day for healthy adult.

I request you to see a doctor in person before trying any medication.
