What Causes Pain And Tingling In Ankle Joint And Foot?

Question: Earlier last evening I felt an intense and irritating tingling in my right foot and ankle. I recently miscarried and bled quite fluidly for 15 days and perhaps this is a cause but I fell asleep easily and woke up 3 hours later unable to sit still, very uncomfortable with RLS. :( thoughts?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain and tingling in ankle joint and foot may be due to local monoarticular arthritis caused secondary to some infection or sprain to ankle.
If there is no pain and only tingling then it may be root compression of a nerve exiting from spinal cord.
Is there any skin changes , swelling over the involved limb? any back pain?
The symptoms seem not to be related to miscarriage as haemoglobin and other tests are near normal.
You can take some pain killer and apply hot water with salt for ankle pain and swelling.
Consult a neurologist or orthopaedician for examination and tests as required.
Provide more details for further analysis.
Why are you taking Lamictal?

I was taking lamictal for antidepressant I believe but also prescribed to gabapentin. Suffer from panic and anxiety, clinical insomnia (but never RLS) and OCD.

I forGot to mention, took penicillin for Tooth infection 2 weeks ago
No swelling. Back pain from cramping in miscarriage
I am just scared about maybe anaemia or unforeseen lingering issues after
