Here are the answers to the questions you asked … I await your further reply.
1-Lump is underneath surface
2-Groin has mild discomfort over the same side … seems to be very slight swelling over groin and or in testicle
3-Lump seems smooth and attached to the lower end of testicle or the attaching tissue to the testicle
4-No notice in change in size of left testicle, just notice lump this morning … may have been there longer or just came up recently
5-No overlying skin changes in color/temp, etc.
6-No systemic problem suffering
7-Not aware of any trauma history or friction or injury while shaving
8-I do seem to have on days with very mild discomfort a more frequent urination and little pressure down there. It is not a continuing discomfort. I am a runner and I ran 2.5 miles yesterday evening with no discomfort.
9-I don’t think the lump is visible … seems to be the size of a small grape
