What Causes On Hips After Ejaculation?
Question: Hello Doctor,
Iam 27 old and i do masturbation every day, from last one month when i release sperm am getting inner pain right side of the hip....its like current shock for jus a seconds. Iam nervous about this as am going to get married very soon, is this a nerves problem or any other thins? please help me to solve this puzzle in my mind.

It could be a urinary infection causing the pain. I suggest you decrease your masturbation to once a week or so and see a Doctor who can advice you Urine testing and culture along with a Semen culture. This will clarify whether there is any infection or not. Also, if there is infection the report would tell you what antibiotics to take to get the infection out of your body.
So, dont worry its nothing big. Just see your Doctor and get these tests done and take the treatment accordingly. You should be fine in two weeks time.

Thanks for your feedback on my question, as u mentioned it could be an urine infection but am surprised to feel the pain only wen i release sperm, am doing this masturbation from quite a long time but y this is happening all of a sudden and also my food habits were not changed. As you suggested i will consult a doctor very soon, please advice me which doctor to consult i mean general doctor or any specialist, i resides in XXXXXXX
One more doubt - my penis will become strong with no reason and when ever i try to do then it will not be that strong than i feel when i don't require, and even when i touched my GF and ready to start romance it became hard very late, seriously am tensed about this and also my sperm will be out in very short time (not even a minute of having sex) after inserting in to her vagina. Kindly advice how to get penis strong (is it because am doing masturbation daily or some other problem) and how to do sex for a long time.

The infection I suspect would be in the seminal vesicles and not in the urine per se and therefore the pain after passing sperms.
The other problems you mention are commonly seen in people practising frequent masturbation. That is why I suggest that you decrease your masturbation to a minimum. About once a week. There is not concrete evidence but it has been commonly seen that people who masturbate frequently have erectile problems during performance as well as premature ejaculation. Both these problems would improve when you stop masturbating. Another technique is when you do masturbate do not let it ejaculate fast. Take it to the verge of ejaculation and then stop and mildly squeeze the glans penis for a few seconds and do this two three times before you actually ejaculate. This has shown to increase ejaculation time.
For the pain problem you should preferably see a Urologist or Surgeon.
Do let me know the test results so I can guide you further.

And also, i will follow your steps in doing masturbation, actually when i dint get sleep i will do this, so that ill get sleep immediately this made me to follow it regularly. Due to this pain from last one month am feeling like i did some mistake by doing masturbating regularly but as you mentioned i hope it will be curable and not that big problem.
