Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Numbness/ heaviness in left hand associated with light headedness and confusion could be due to a number of conditions.

Blood pressure readings and blood sugar values should be done if facility is available at home. Go to an E.R if the necessary tools aren't nearby or if the symptoms worsen. If there is any focal neurological deficit , a CT may be advised to look for a stroke. blood counts and metabolic profile would also be required to rule out anemia or electrolyte imbalance or urea build up in cases of renal and liver failure. A number of medications can result in such side effects and would need to be listed to have a better idea. You may elaborate the history a bit more and list the medications you are currently taking and mention any previous medical history or hospital admissions, to have a better understanding of your condition.

wishing you best of health

thanks
