Brief Answer:
Not serious, however better to evaluate...

Detailed Answer:
Numbness as you described can be caused by various factors. Based on your description it doesn't sound serious. However we can arrive at a definite cause only after examination and investigation. I will recommend you go through suggested investigations. I hope the test suggested also include blood sugar and vitamin b12.

Please share test results and we can discuss further thereafter.

Brief Answer:
I prefer to start vitamin b12 supplement.....

Detailed Answer:
There are no alarming features found in the result. However
1. You have borderline vitamin 12 level. I prefer to start vitamin b12 supplements for such values.
2. Though the TSH value is in limit, it is worthwhile to consider complete thyroid function test - T3, T4, free T3 and free T4 level test. This will rule out subclinical hypothyroid status.
3. Though serum uric acid value is marginally above normal, I doubt it has anything to do with the numbness.

Discuss with your doctor.
