What Causes Noticeable Veins On Fore Arm?

Question: every evening my fore arm veins become noticeable with mild itching and tenderness. i feel malaise. it subsides by itself after few hours. my cbc is normal and serum uric acid level is 7.5 mg. per dl. occasionally i get painful small joint swelling which subside with anti inflammatory drugs. i am 50 years old female and experiencing these symptoms over last 4-5 months.I also feel early morning pain and aches around both shoulders and upper limbs which subsides by itself when i start my dailly chores. can any one advice

All your symptoms seems to be due to high uric acid level.Your condition can be treated with medication and diet restriction. For this you may need medicine like zyloric, allopurinol and newer febuxostat. You can start these after consulting your doctor. Food to be avoided in diet includes –meat and poultry.
