Brief Answer:
Brain imaging needed to exclude brain injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for posting your query here at HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

First I need to know if you hit the head or not.

If so, there are two conditions to evaluate:

1. Traumatic brain injury since you report headaches, vomiting and dizziness.

2. Whiplash ( or cervical and lumbar soft tissues strained )

If you haven't, you should discuss with your primary care Doctor about having done brain imaging studies ( CT scan ) to evaluate/ exclude any brain injury.

If no lesions found in brain CT scan, headaches most probably are caused by upper cervical nerve roots damage, treatment that you are currently taken together with rest and short time use of a soft cervical collar should improve symptoms within a couple of weeks.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
CT of head is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

But you didn't had head CT done, correct?

So, regarding to your symptoms (headaches, vomiting and dizziness), CT is needed to evaluate/exclude any traumatic brain injury.

Discuss with your Doctor about having it done. If it will result normal ( I hope so ), you will peace your mind at least.

Hope this helps. Best regards.
