What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Eating Almonds?

Question: I am nauseous and dizzy after eating almonds. Happened the other day too but I didn t know or suspect the almonds. What can I do to get rid of the nausea? I am home by myself w two babies. Need to feel better now. Pls help.

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Try eating something else so if your stomach becomes full will have less acid and cause less nausea feeling. Ginger is good against the nausea. Pepto bismol its helpful but Metoclopraimde 10mg its the correct drug used against nausea.

I must say though that it is very weird that almonds give this symptoms. I don't think dizziness it is from them but maybe a benign paroxysmal vertigo. Try to avoid almonds anyway because it may be a mild allergic reaction as well.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
