Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you the symptoms started recently/acutely, then the most likely cause is an infection of the gastrointestinal tract. Gastritis or stomach flu , as it is sometimes called, can cause nausea and abdominal discomfort.
Some persons may have these symptoms with no fever or diarrhea.

In this case, treatment would consist of: (1) probiotics (2) pepto bismol or dramamine to help with the nausea, pepto would also help the cramps
(3)plain or dry foods till symptoms improve, if vomiting occurs, hold off solids till 4 hours after last vomiting episode

If the symptoms have been occurring for a long period of time (longer than a week to 10 days) or started soon after medication started, then, other causes such as side effect of medication, may need to be considered.
Reflux can cause nausea and pain, though persons typically have either burning chest pain or bloating as well.

Lisinopril ,lipitor and metformin can all cause nausea and other gastrointestinal symptoms.
With metformin, the symptoms may sometimes disappear if the medication is continued.

If you have symptoms in keeping with reflux, the use of reflux medication may help.

If the cramp and nausea are severe, then it is best to be seen because abdominal symptoms , like many areas of medicine, are best assessed by looking at the patient and examining the area concerned, in this case the abdomen

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
