What Causes Nausea After Receiving Flu Shot?
Question: I got my flu shot a couple of days ago. Felt fine the next two days afterwards. However, after feeling fine all morning today, this afternoon I started feeling nauseated and my stomach started cramping as well as some smells also affect me. Could this be possible side effects of the flu shot? Should also mention that according to my Glow app (for menstrual cycles), I am 4 days late.

Hi, After any vaccination you can experience a small reaction which may be a very mild form of the problem for which the vaccination is given.
But normally it will take at least a week. Therefore it is unlikely it is due to the flu shot. I feel it could either be a mild attack of gastritis or as a result of possible pregnancy as you have rightly considered. The treatment you have taken and are going to take should be enough till pregnancy can be ruled out six days later or if your periods come.
