What Causes Muscle Jerks In Hands, Feet And Neck?

Question: Hi I normally get a lot of muscle jumping. Sometimes just out of the blue. It happens in my hands, feet, neck, face. Doesny last long but it feels like flutterings. Is it anything serious? Or anything to worry about ?

I have had many blood test done before. Also thyroid checked and also I did an MRI on the brain everything is normal. What to do ?
