What Causes Missing Periods?

Question: I missed my periods .it is more than 70 days ,so i had registron 5mg 2 times 5 days.but in between i got sick ,so skipped for 2 days and again had so completed all dose before 2 days.I was sexually active so did pregnancy test also today ,but it was negative.So wanted to know how many days it ll take to come.
