Brief Answer:
Exercises advised to you will help in early healin

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us,

I have studied your case with diligence.

Do not worry about swelling/lump with out pain.

Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS will help in early healing.
Exercises advised to you will help in early healing and reducing swelling.
You can continue use supportive splint or brace.

If still swelling remains persistent and numbness increases then we may need to further investigate like x ray and MRI and rule out infection near surgical site.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Hello again

Due to lump swelling there can be compression of nerve leading to numbness.

If lump reduces numbness can go.

I will advise to consult your treating doctor to rule out infection or tight boot.
