Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Don't worry about the lump, if your doctor prescribed you medication for the infection, it will help. Also, I would advise you to do garglings with antiseptic liquids.

If you anderwent angioplasty with a stent, your doctor has prescribed you medication; blood thinner. Besides it's favorable effect to protect from thrombus, sometimes it has adverse effects, such as minor or major bleedings. Your doctor wanted to know if there is any adverse event from the medication. It there is a small quantity of blood, don't worry, just tell your doctor if it doesn't disappear in 3 days. In case there will be a lot of blood you should inform your doctor immediately.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
