What Causes Lump Feeling Around The C-section Scar?

Question: I had my son 2&half years ago. I had a section but around the scar its still numb and a bit lumpy. when I press on the lumps they are quite hard. Is this normal?

thanks of the query to hcm,
The lumpy feel that you get over the c-section scar is very much normal and these are keratinised fibrous tissue which have allowed the healing of the incision forming the scar. So these are normal and the numbness if due to the dead fibrous tissue which doesn't have nerve supply, so the incision is likely to be feeling a bit numb.
You don't need to worry at all. It normal.
